This Privacy Policy explains how DNX TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD ("DNX," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through Sevy, our AI Cloud Engineer service ("Service"). By using Sevy, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Note: DNX TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD operates under the trading name DNX Solutions.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

• Name (first and last)
• Email address
• Company name
• Slack workspace information (when integrated)

AWS Infrastructure Data

Through read-only IAM role access, Sevy may access:

• AWS resource metadata and configurations
• CloudWatch metrics and logs
• Billing and cost data
• Security configurations
• Resource inventories

Sevy explicitly cannot access:

• S3 object contents
• Database data (DynamoDB, RDS)
• Secrets Manager values
• KMS-encrypted data
• Source code repositories

Slack Conversations (Planned Feature)

We will store Slack conversations with Sevy and associated token usage data to enable conversation history browsing.

Analytics Data

We use PostHog to collect usage analytics including feature usage, performance metrics, and user interactions.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Sevy service
• Analyze and optimize AWS infrastructure
• Generate cost reports and recommendations
• Respond to support requests
• Improve our services
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

• Location: All data is stored in AWS US-West-2 region
• Retention: User data and AWS logs retained for 90 days
• Security: We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest
• Access: Temporary IAM role assumptions only; no stored AWS credentials
• AI Processing: Inference-only; customer data is never used for AI training

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share data with:

• AWS: For service operation through IAM roles
• Slack: For bot functionality (when enabled)
• PostHog: Anonymous usage analytics
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or legal process

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Revoke AWS IAM role access at any time

7. Data Protection

Sevy is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
